ABOUT ME

Hi.  I’ve been told I'm upbeat and warm, positive and approachable, perceptive and intentional in my interactions.  I have had a rich and fulfilling career in the corporate world, but what I find most rewarding is helping people. The opportunity to help an individual who is facing a transition or feeling stuck to move forward in their life is one my greatest joys. Life is full of joys and sorrows, accomplishments and failures, peaceful times and tumultuous upsets.  Getting to where you are happiest in your life — and staying there — is not always easy.

A bit about my life:

I grew up in the San Francisco Bay Area and have raised two sons.  My older son, a homebody from birth, is married with two children and happily puts family and home above all else.  My younger son, who was always looking for the next “adventure” growing up, loves our family.  He also loves his country and proudly serves in the United States Navy fulfilling his adventurous nature while traveling the seven seas.  Both my sons are living the life of their dreams.  While I raised sons, there are young girls in my life who I hold dear, including my twenty-something niece who is pursuing a career in early childhood education.  As we teach our children about life, there is so much we learn about ourselves.  I have experienced ups and downs, love and loss, plans that were achieved and outcomes that were unexpected.  Life.

My professional achievements include:

  + Member, Forbes Coaches Council

+ ACC and Member, International Coach Federation
  + CPCC, Coaches Training Institute
  + M Ed, Curriculum & Instructional Technology
+ BBA, Organizational Psychology & Development

How are you bringing your whole self to life?  Let's talk.
